Our Guarantee

We love what we do and handmade! We fully believe in the products we carry and if an item doesn't meet your expectation we will do whatever we can to correct it. Because handmade is awesome and not mass produced, please be careful to read the notes in item descriptions for products that may vary from the photos with hand lettering, printing, and other unique features.

Local Pick Up

Our last day at 408 Broadway is Feb 25, 2023 until we move to our new location in Brewhalla (1702 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102) when construction is done! Local pick up is no longer available until we relocate. BUT if you order during this weird week through Feb 25 and want to pick up by Feb 25 at 6pm shoot us an email immediately (so we don't ship out!) after you order and we can refund shipping after you pick up.

Shipping

We will ship your items within 24 business hours of receiving your order except we do not ship on Sundays or holidays (ie. upcoming Memorial Day). Most items will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail for you to receive within 3-5 days, although can vary depending on your location or circumstances within those shipping suppliers we cannot foresee or have control over. Currently we have flat rate domestic shipping and handling fee of $7 and free shipping on orders over $75.

You can also chose local pick up at check out to pick up at the shop! Please wait for your pick up notification to be emailed within a couple business hours of your purchase to do your pick up. Do you live in Fargo? Pick ups are should be done within 7 days of order. Workshops will ship when kits are prepped (more info is in each workshop description).

Returns

We want you to be happy and stoked about your purchase! If you find that you are not interested in the item you bought or it doesn't fit, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at ungluedcraftfest@gmail.com. We will refund the original form of payment provided items are in original condition with tags intact once received back to us. Return shipping will be your responsibility (to 408 Broadway, Fargo, ND 58102). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please email us immediately at ungluedcraftfest@gmail.com and we'll make it right super fast!
